Fantastic team

We can summarize it as wise, kind, and obsessed. All three are equally important and must exist.

Why Wise? 

You can only earn it by learning as much as possible, analyzing your experiences, and putting your knowledge and judgment to the test. 

We are looking for clear independent thinkers that try to learn from other people's mistakes and hate to make the same one twice. 

Why kind?

Kind means that you inverse the golden rule in any decision and action, which means you act in a way you would appreciate others to act if you switched places. You are deciding as you are willing that it would become a general rule in our society without knowing your status in this society.

Why obsession? 

When someone has inner motivation to do something, they can overcome most challenges. The motivation is based on natural curiosity and talent in the domain. They do it without any external or social reasons and would do it by themself in their free time. It drives them to do the hard actions and choices that create differentiation over time from the rest of the pack.
