Our name empathizes with our mission.

Poly is multiple, and chron (chronos) is based on the personification of time in the pre-Socratic philosophy. In our minds, time is the least understood concept in humanity, while many of its greatest minds have been fascinated by it. Time has layers and components that are crucial to sound capital allocation.  

Time is an excellent audit; it solves all mysteries of life and smooths the ride.

Time is a change you can remember or imagine, but cannot physically visit.

The more we slice time, the less we have of it.

Time is also the most scarce resource in the universe. 

The longer your time horizon is, the better you are.

Our job is to find a consistent effort over a long time horizon to improve humanity and support it.

We met in NYC on a playdate with our girls. We met for a coffee and started working together right away.

Gilad Cohen Aviram - I am living in Baltimore, MD. I am married and a father of three. I enjoy long walks in the woods and meeting authentic people in new places. My family roots are in Austria and Turkey. Brought up in Israel, an ex-officer in a special paratroopers military unit, and an Economics major in college. I worked as a business analyst and management consultant before starting my entrepreneurial path. I was part of a few ventures in advertising, e-commerce, education, and fintech. I have been investing for almost 20 years, starting with real estate as a college student and exploring nearly every asset class. 

Daniel Villegas - I am currently living in my hometown, Madrid, having spent 20 years in the US. I mostly enjoy riding my bike. Father of two and married. My wife is Italian, and our daughters are American. I moved to the USA after starting and selling a successful tech company. I see technology as a lever to fulfill a better world. I went down the Bitcoin rabbit hole early, Economics (econometrics path), and Philosophy in college. I love reading and digging into new concepts.
