How much it will cost?

We are looking at our investors as our partners and not as customers. We are building a business and looking for investors who understand that and are willing to join us for this long-term ride. Our fee structure reflects that. We don't charge % on AUM because it helps us not to be "forced" to deploy. We want to stay patient and disciplined. We will have years with no pay, but we think that everyone will get paid handsomely over the long term. 

• We will cover most of the operational cost of the fund and use investors' capital only to deploy in companies. 

• We will get paid only when our partners get an above-average equity-like risk-return. 

• Hurdle rate: 10% per year.

• Fees above hurdle 30%

• An investor that trusted us with $1M and will see her capital grows to $1.5M in a year will need to pay 30% on $400K = $120K 

• Her total return before tax is $380K

• Fees distribution after closing the year
